• Nikki has taught both of my children. She taught my daughter maths when she was preparing for her 11+. My daughter had always struggled with maths but with Nikki's patience, clarity, enthusiasm and charm, she grasped the subject and was accepted into Emanuel School. Nikki tutored her once again when she was preparing for her GCSEs. Nikki was so kind and would sit with my daughter and work through past papers, always explaining her mistakes and as a result she improved by two grades. When my son was preparing for his 11+, Nikki played a huge part in him being offered a place at Emanuel School to join his sister. My children became so at ease with Nikki that they would look forward to her sessions at home, and would love to chat about other aspects of life. She is the best maths tutor any family could wish to have!

  • I can highly recommend Nicola for a tutoring role. She taught my daughter, initially at school, and then for a couple of years at home on Saturday mornings and we were very impressed with the results. She is bright, enthusiastic and relates well to children. She has knowledge of a wide variety of subjects and my daughter very much enjoyed working with her.

  • Nicola was a fabulous music tutor to my daughter, who is a promising musician and was keen to gain a place at Brit School, one of the most prestigious music and performing arts colleges in the county. The auditions are tough and so for many weeks Nicola helped my daughter prepare. She encouraged her to push herself, build on her strengths and gave her invaluable coaching and tutoring which massively lifted my daughter’s musical performance (which in turn hugely boosted her confidence). During the lessons Nicola took her through everything she needed to know, step by step, in a way that really enabled her to build on her skills and feel she could achieve the result she wanted. Needless to say, on the day of the auditions, in large part because of Nicola’s help, she felt super prepared and confident which shone through in her performance and secured her place at the school.

  • ‘It’s testament to your excellent teaching. Test results aside (and more importantly in my book) you have given her a love of Maths!’

  • ‘She seemed in great spirits after the lesson. Your encouragement and feedback really helped her with her confidence I think. She said that she can spend 3 lessons not understanding something in maths on line. Then it all falls into place so quickly with you. I can’t thank you enough. I think she finds you inspirational and really positive so thank you!’
